As a Senior Salesperson, you will work directly with our territory’s top interior design clients to educate, collaborate, sample, and sell.

Job Description
As a Senior Salesperson, you will work directly with our territory’s top interior design clients to educate, collaborate, sample, and sell.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and leverage them to generate sales across all product categories, with a special focus on custom products.
- Conduct a minimum of 32 presentations per month, both in and outside the showroom.
- Drive client growth through comprehensive product presentations, new collection showings, project-specific meetings, and library updates.
- Keep Territory and Showroom Managers informed of all travel and client appointments.
- Partner with Holland & Sherry sales leaders and outside vendors for joint sales calls.
- Maintain accurate records and input all activity into our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Client Services to ensure quick, efficient communication regarding stocked products.
- Partner with Junior Sales on all custom product sales.
- Support day-to-day showroom operations in partnership with the Showroom/Territory Manager — including daily updates, follow-ups, client outreach, and sales support.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales preferred
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in textiles or interior design is a plus
